Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment through the customer dashboard.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the product has a verified technical fault that our support team cannot resolve.

Subscription licences can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time.

Refund requests must be submitted through the customer dashboard or by emailing support@snabbxtech.com with your order reference.
